Long time EMPOWER clients comment on the consistency of our professional staff. Many people have been with us for a dozen or more years with an average tenure of eight years. The staff is highly qualified. All have appropriate college degrees, many have a master's degree, and two have earned doctorates.

We attract associates with strong technical and higher education backgrounds. When possible, we contract with our partner schools to include their professionals as consultants and trainers.
